The Child and Youth Health Research Conference is a two-day conference in London, Ontario.
The purpose of this conference is to:
Share knowledge, ideas and best practices
Present and learn about current research findings
Network and build relationships and collaborations with others
Target Audience
The target audience for this conference includes: youth, families, researchers, educators, clinicians (e.g., behaviour therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, recreational therapists, social workers, nurses, physicians, etc.), service leaders, and undergraduate and graduate students.

The first day of our conference is dedicated to exploring clinical research in health sciences, disability, and paediatric rehabilitation with a focus on children and youth within their broader environment. This day emphasizes understanding the psychosocial factors that influence health and well-being. Presenters from diverse fields such as health sciences, psychology, education, et cetera, will share their insights and findings. This multidisciplinary approach ensures a comprehensive view of child and youth health, addressing not only physical health but also emotional, social, and environmental aspects.
The Child Health Symposium is a collaborative presentation of Western University's Faculty of Health Sciences and TVCC.

The Joint Child and Youth Health Research Poster Presentation and Networking Reception is a collaborative event that brings together a wide range of stakeholders dedicated to advancing child and youth health.
This poster session provides a unique opportunity for attendees to engage with cutting-edge research that spans both clinical and medical focuses. Researchers from diverse fields will present their work, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration. Attendees will have the chance to explore a variety of topics, from psychosocial aspects of child health to advancements in paediatric medical treatments, all within a single, integrated forum. This event is designed to inspire new ideas, partnerships, and innovations in the field of child and youth health and well-being.
